The essence of the puja [ritual] involve the graduation of a very beautiful murti [sacred idol]. The murti is made of shining silver. I can say the piece relates to religion as it features the main religious deities of Hindu Rama, Lakshmana and Sita. Sitting on the throne in an ethereal manner is Rama, who is a righteous Prince. Beside him is Lakshmana, his forever faithful brother as per the scriptures fromRamayana. There on the left is Rama, the prince of kings, and on the right is Sita, the flawless and virtuous wife.
