I ordered for buy one get one free but received only one.

Very disappointing experience.
I ordered a silver cleaning solution from the Khushbu Jewellers website and paid ₹49 as the processing fee through UPI, with the remaining ₹150 to be paid by COD.
Unfortunately, I did not receive the order even after waiting around 20–25 days. The order was being handled through Delhivery, but there was no satisfactory delivery within this period. I also contacted Khushbu Jewellers directly on WhatsApp regarding the issue. My message was seen, but I received no response.
After waiting for around 25 days, I eventually had to cancel the order myself. As a result, the ₹49 processing fee was also lost.
The amount is small, but the experience and lack of communication are disappointing. If an order cannot be delivered, customers should at least receive a proper response and assistance from the seller. I hope they improve their order handling and customer support.

I purchased the "Instantly Effect Of Blackness Silver Solution" (Order ID: KJ-189389), expecting it to clean my silver items. Instead, as soon as I applied it, it completely stripped away the silver finish on my chain, earrings, and ring, leaving them totally ruined. This chemical solution is extremely harsh and defective. Do not buy this unless you want your jewelry ruined. Very disappointed and demanding a full refund/compensation!
