Worst experience ever! This was my first order, and it will definitely be my last.

I ordered a pendant with a chain, but the chain was extremely thin, too small, and not comfortable to wear. The product quality did not justify the price I paid.

When I contacted customer support for a return, they asked me to courier the product myself. I had already paid delivery charges while placing the order, so I expected a return pickup service. Instead, they insisted that I could return it only through India Post and refused to accept any other courier service.

As a working woman, it's not convenient for me to visit a post office. If I'm paying for the return shipping myself, it should be my choice which courier service I use. Restricting customers to India Post only is unreasonable and very inconvenient.

I understand the requirement to record a packaging video, but the return process and customer service were extremely disappointing. Overall, the product quality and after-sales support were poor. I would not recommend this brand.
