Silver Rakhi with Om Charm

Rakhi was broken, I’ve tried contacting multiple times but no response

I’m extremely disappointed with this order. I ordered 6 rakhis in an orange and red color mix thread, but you sent me almost entirely red thread rakhis.

The packaging was also not good. Out of the 6 rakhis, only 1 rakhi is in good condition. The other rakhis have poor-quality threads—on one side the thread is too big, while on the other side it is too small. The finishing and overall quality are completely unacceptable.

This is a total disaster, especially because the Rakhi festival is only 4 days away. I trusted your service and now I don’t know how I am supposed to manage this situation at the last minute.

I am very unhappy with the product and would like to return my order and receive a refund. Please provide the return process as soon as possible.

Very bad quality and three have come open & without packing and all threads open. It is a sham and you cheat people on Instagram. I have called multiple times but no respinse

I had a very bad experience with your service. At the time of purchase, your website clearly showed a “Buy One Get One” offer, but after completing the purchase, the offer was not applied and I received only one Rakhi.
If the offer was not actually applicable, why was it displayed on your website at the time of purchase? This is misleading and has caused unnecessary inconvenience.

Size is very small of om and i have order one and i have see the offer on rakhi by one get one free but i received only one

Did not receive what i ordered...mailed twice,msgd several times but no reply...all in vain.
