Responsibilities:
- Handle tele-sales and online customer inquiries
- Convert leads from marketing & digital campaigns
- Upsell & cross-sell products to increase revenue
- Coordinate with teams for smooth order processing
Requirements:
- Strong communication in Hindi & English
- Self-driven with customer-first approach
- Graduation or pursuing
- Sales/telecalling experience is a plus
