Shipping, Return and Refund Policies

At Khushbu Jewellers, we are committed to delivering the finest jewellery with complete transparency and care. Please go through the following policies to understand how we handle order processing, shipping, returns, and refunds.

Order Processing & Fulfilment Policy

At Khushbu Jewellers, we prioritize delivering the best quality products. Every order goes through proper quality checks and secure packaging.

Order Processing Time:

  1. Orders placed on our website are usually processed within 24 hours.
  2. During high-demand/festival seasons, processing may take up to 48 hours due to multiple quality checks and high order volumes.
  3. Once your order is processed and verified, a tracking ID will be generated and shared with you via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

Product Availability:

  1. In the rare case that a product you ordered is out of stock, our team will notify you promptly.
  2. You will then have the option to:
    • Select a similar product, or
    • opt for a full refund (processed within our standard refund timelines).

Why We Take This Time:

  1. Every product is quality-checked thoroughly.
  2. Packaging is done securely so your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition.
  3. Any product availability issues are communicated with full transparency.

 

Shipping Policy

  1. Processing & Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Personalised items may take longer. If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, they may be shipped separately.
  2. Shipping Charges: Rs.50–100 for all domestic orders across India. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. No free shipping is available on international orders or returns.
  3. Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS once the order is shipped.
  4. Customs Duty & Taxes: For international orders, any customs duty, VAT, or handling charges are to be borne entirely by the customer.
  5. Undelivered Orders: If a parcel is undelivered due to an incorrect address or non-acceptance, the customer will bear the re-shipping charges.

 

Return & Replacement Policy

  1. Return Window: We offer a 15-day return policy for unused and unworn items (except exclusions below).
  2. Non-Returnable Products: Personalised jewellery, coins, utensils, God idols, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and clearance sale items are non-returnable/non-refundable (unless defective).
  3. Condition: Returned items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  4. Missing Items in Returns: If any item is missing from the return package, the refund will be reduced by up to the full MRP of the missing item, including promotional/free gifts.
  5. International Orders: All international orders are non-returnable & non-refundable.
  6. Damaged/Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a clear 360° unboxing video. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

 

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of the returned item being received at our warehouse.
  2. The amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
  3. Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

 

Exchange & Replacement

  1. Exchanges or replacements are allowed under the same conditions as returns.
  2. A replacement will only be shipped after the initial product is received back at our warehouse.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team for return approval.
  2. Customers must self-ship the product to our warehouse.
  3. The item must be packed securely as received, and a video of the packing process must be shared.

Note: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

 

    Silver Rakhi Policy

    Due to the seasonal and hygiene-sensitive nature of Silver Rakhi products, the following policy applies:

    1. No Return & No Refund will be accepted for any Silver Rakhi products.
    2. Once sold, these items are considered final sale.
    3. Damaged or Incorrect Items: A replacement may be offered only if:
      1. You contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
      2. You provide a clear 360° unboxing video showing the issue.
    4. This applies in all cases, including:
      • Change of mind after purchase
      • Delay in delivery caused by courier/logistics issues
      • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

      Note: Khushbu Jewellers reserves the right to assess and approve such claims. The brand’s decision will be final.

      Gift Policy

      We understand that many of our products are purchased as gifts. To make gifting smooth, the following applies:

      1. Gift items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered unless defective.
      2. Personalised gift items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
      3. In case of a defective gift item, the recipient must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with a 360° unboxing video.
      4. Gift wrapping and packaging charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
      5. If a gift recipient wishes to exchange an item, it will only be processed if the buyer approves and all standard return/exchange conditions are met.

      Important clauses

      1. Empty Parcel / Missing Products: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a 360° unpacking video. Without valid proof, claims will not be honoured.
      2. Force Majeure: Khushbu Jewellers will not be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
