Trendy BRO Silver Rakhi Gift for Bhai

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent order (Order #[Order Number]), delivered on [Date of Delivery].

The order failed to meet expectations in several ways:

Significant Delivery Delay: The package arrived well past the promised delivery timeline.
Missing Items: The order is incomplete. The following items were missing: 8 rakhi missing
Subpar Quality: The Rakhi received is extremely poor in quality, poorly finished, and completely substandard compared to what was advertised.
Given the late arrival and unsatisfactory condition of the items, I request an immediate resolution via a full refund or a partial refund covering the missing and defective items.

I have attached photographs of the received package and the Rakhi for your reference. Please confirm receipt of this email and let me know the resolution timeline at your earliest convenience

Extremely angry! The rakhi is completely different from the picture and looks incredibly cheap. It is definitely NOT silver. Total low-quality garbage. I paid a lot of money and deeply regret it. I want a full refund immediately. Save your money and stay away!😡
